Different Needs Call for Different Kinds of Support.
Cherry Hills Support Services brings clinical care, peer recovery support and practical recovery resources into one understandable system. Each service has a different purpose. The right starting point depends on what is happening now.
Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
Outpatient Treatment That Has to Work in Real Life.
Outpatient treatment is for people who need structured clinical support without living in a treatment facility. At Cherry Hills, eligibility and level-of-care decisions begin with assessment rather than a one-size-fits-all program.
The goal is not to keep you in treatment forever. It is to understand what is getting in the way, strengthen the skills and supports that help, and adjust care as your needs change.
Who May Benefit
Outpatient care may be appropriate when a person can safely remain in the community and participate consistently in scheduled services. The final recommendation depends on clinical assessment, current risks, support needs and other factors relevant to placement and treatment planning.
What Outpatient Care May Include
- Substance Use Assessment
- Individual Counseling
- Group Counseling
- Treatment Planning
- Relapse-Prevention Work
- Mental Health Screening and Support
- Recovery Planning
- Care Coordination and Referrals
Your plan is based on assessed needs. Not every person receives every service.

Individual Therapy & Mental Health
A Place to Work on What Keeps Showing Up.
Therapy is not only for a crisis. It can be a place to understand patterns, deal with what has happened, improve relationships, manage emotions and make changes that hold up outside the therapy room.
Cherry Hills provides individual behavioral health care that considers mental health, substance use and the realities of daily life together.
What We Can Work on Together

Your therapist will talk with you about what brought you in, what you want to be different and what approach makes sense for your goals.
What the First Appointment Looks Like
The first appointment is primarily about understanding what is happening now, relevant history, safety and what you want help with. You and your clinician will discuss goals and determine whether Cherry Hills is an appropriate fit.
Recovery Support Services
Recovery Support from People Who Understand the Work.
Therapy has a clinical purpose. Peer recovery support has a different one.
Peer support is practical, recovery-focused help for the part of life that happens between appointments: building routines, following through on goals, connecting with support, solving everyday problems and finding your footing when things change.
Recovery Goals
Break larger goals into steps you can work on now.
Community Connection
Find recovery-supportive people, meetings, groups and community resources that fit you.
Daily Structure
Build routines around appointments, work, health, responsibilities and recovery.
Resource Navigation
Get help identifying community resources for practical needs and understanding the next step.
Self-Advocacy
Prepare for important conversations and build confidence navigating systems.
Recovery Capital
Strengthen the relationships, resources, skills and supports that make recovery more sustainable.
Peer Support Is Not Therapy.
A peer specialist does not replace a therapist, physician or emergency service. Peer support adds a different kind of help: recovery experience, practical problem-solving, connection, encouragement and accountability within the scope of the service.
Recovery Housing
Structured sober living for eligible adults who need a stable, recovery-focused place to live while building the next stage of their lives.
